What is bubble tea?

Bubble Tea is a drink from Taiwan invented in the 1980s. It mainly takes its name from the small tapioca pearls called "Bubble".
Usually made from a mixture of cold or hot tea, with or without milk, it is flavored with various flavors to choose from, with the addition of slightly sweet black balls of tapioca.

This drink is drunk using an XL straw to suck the bubbles. All you have to do is savor it all and you will quickly become addicted!

Boba

These are small balls made from tapioca flour, an extract from the roots of cassava plants.
After cooking, these balls become chewy and spongy and although gelatinous in texture, it is completely free of gelatin and in fact, it is vegan!

Poppa

Poppa or Popping Boba is great with your bubble teas and other desserts. Each popping Boba Balls is scrumptious and bursting full of flavors. Great thing about this item is that you don't have to cook them. Can be used straight out of the jar.

It tastes great on desserts and in Bubble Tea drink as additives.
